David advises HR teams on a wide range of employment issues, from difficult employee relation matters, such as performance management and grievances, through to complex restructuring exercises and tribunal litigation. He also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
David enjoys guiding HR and management teams through challenging employment situations. He has developed strong relationships with in-house and overseas lawyers, particularly on transactional and general advisory matters.
David delivers training to the CIPD and clients, and is an actve member of the City HR Association.
