David advises HR teams on a wide range of employment issues, from day to day matters, such as contracts and handbooks, performance management and grievances, through to complex restructuring exercises and tribunal litigation. He also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
David has a particular interest in guiding HR and management teams through difficult employment situations. He has developed strong relationships with in-house and overseas lawyers, particularly on transactional and general advisory matters.
David has run workshops for clients on bullying and harassment and the employment tribunal process. He is heavily involved in the best practice committee of the City HR Association.
