Helen is a senior associate in the employment department at Fox Williams. She qualified as a solicitor in September 1996, having trained at Frere Cholmeley Bischoff. She then spent 18 months at Freshfields before joining Fox Williams.
Helen undertakes a broad range of employment work for both employers and employees dealing with contractual issues, TUPE, terminations, unfair dismissal, collective redundancies, tribunal claims, restrictive covenants, data protection, bullying and disciplinary matters.
She has published articles on dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary issues and taking time off to care for dependants. She has also written a chapter on employment contracts for the Institute of Directors' publication "Managing Human Resources Services".
Helen helps to organise Fox Williams' employment department's quarterly client seminars and edits the department's quarterly publication, Employment Update. Helen has spoken at several client seminars and has lectured on TUPE externally.
