Özlem joined Fox Williams in September 2007 having qualified in the Pensions and Employment department at Slaughter and May in November 2006.  She graduated with an honours law degree from King's College London in 2003 and completed the LPC at BPP Law School the following year.

Özlem advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment issues (both contentious and non-contentious), including termination packages and compromise agreements, executive service agreements, unfair dismissal and discrimination.  She has assisted a number of senior executives in negotiating and formalising the terms of their termination package with large organisations.  Özlem has also spent time on secondment to a client's in-house legal department where she gained experience in working with HR professionals and defending tribunal claims brought by employees.
