Rebecca trained at Farrer & Co and joined Fox Williams employment department upon qualification in October 2000. She advises on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious. She has a particular interest in unfair dismissal, discrimination and bonus claims, and has acted in numerous cases throughout the Tribunal process for both employers and employees.

She frequently advises on handling disciplinary procedures for "problematic" employees and works closely with corporate clients to guide them through HR procedures, particularly for international clients with UK offices.  Rebecca has also participated in numerous client seminars and is a regular contributor to Fox Williams' interactive employment service, hrlaw, as well as other publications.

Rebecca has travelled extensively and is often to be found planning her next trip to a far flung corner of the world.  When spending time in London she enjoys photography, visiting art galleries (not yet to see any of her own work!) and going to the gym as well as taking advantage of some of the City's less cultured distractions.
