Adèle Standard


Adèle has extensive experience advising both businesses and individuals on all aspects of business immigration, including sponsor licences, prevention of illegal working and applications under the Points Based System, having advised on over 750 immigration applications. She routinely works with business clients from start-ups to FTSE 100-listed companies, and also undertakes personal immigration work including nationality advice and applications under the EEA Regulations. As a member of the Fox Williams immigration team Adèle also assists with closely related aspects of mainstream employment law including policies, secondments and contracts.

Adèle qualified as a solicitor in 2015, when she joined Fox Williams’ immigration team as an associate. She previously trained as a solicitor at an immigration boutique firm with a secondment to a specialist employment law firm. She graduated with a history degree from the University of Kent before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
