George Crosse


George advises both employers and senior executives on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including dismissals, disciplinary and grievance issues, exit negotiations and settlement agreements, redundancies, team moves and on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including advising on the application of TUPE.

George has a particular interest in dispute resolution and litigation, and advises clients on employment related disputes both in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, including workplace discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal and claims involving the enforceability of restrictive covenants.

George joined Fox Williams in May 2019, having trained at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he qualified into the litigation department in September 2017. Prior to this, George worked in finance at a Big Four professional services firm, advising on corporate transactions and restructurings.
