Parissa advises both employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law including advising and negotiating settlement agreements, executive service agreements, consultancy agreements, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, redundancy exercises, disciplinary and grievance issues and sickness absence management. 

Parissa has experience in advising both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal litigation, including in relation to unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing matters.

Parissa’s work also includes advising companies on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including the impact of TUPE in the context of acquisitions and disposals.

Parissa joined Fox Williams in September 2016, having trained at Irwin Mitchell LLP, where she qualified into the Employment team in September 2014.
