Tom Pennington-Hare

Senior Associate

Tom advises both employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment-related matters, including executive service agreements, exit negotiations and settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, sickness absence management and redundancy exercises. Tom has particular experience of advising corporate, financial and investment fund clients on the employment aspects of complex, cross-border corporate transactions, including the impact of TUPE and the implementation of secondments and transitional services arrangements.

Tom’s experience also includes advising both employers and employees in relation to Tribunal litigation, in particular involving complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters and including claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal.

Tom joined Fox Williams in July 2014, having trained at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he qualified into the Employment department in March 2012.
